Error: A SharePoint server is not installed on this computer. A SharePoint server must be installed to work with SharePoint Projects

When i am creating SharePoint project in Visual Studio 2010 then facing an error that is A SharePoint server is not installed on this computer. A SharePoint server must be installed to work with SharePoint Projects.

I have installed SharePoint on that server.
